It's the same Tank. The Exact Same Tank just the photos are from different angles. the green truck in the background and change in lighting the photo is messing with you.

The Rear sight reminds me of the Galil. the Safety of Krebs custom here in the US ( From what I have gathered the Speznats guys were modifying those on there AK74M's )
Note there are differences between the New AK's and the classic AK's the front sight post has been moved to the Gas port and the muzzle device is new. Hand guard Free Floats where the old one was mounted to the barrel. Pistol grip now has a storage area for cleaning kit with cleaning rod in the collapsible stock.
RPK16 is like the RPK a beefed up AK12, The Sales guy never states if the Barrel is Quick change or armorer Change.
