that ship was laid down in 2006, while the sanctions were imposed in 2014, so there's also something else to blame LOL!All of them economic sanctioning by the US and EU are killing the Russian military programs!

well I watched the vid from
Saturday at 11:31 AM
again now, as I recalled they had said the vendor promised a new version for the Arctic to be ready ... but I didn't remember 'when to be ready' (LOL they indeed said that (promised to be ready "already this year"), but only in the end of that vid)
so? so I expect the machine to be as rugged as ... Russian machine
