The Ministry of Defence has launched a tender for the dismantling of four groups of buildings of which are located:
- Group 1:
B-401 Novosibirsk, Project 877 Kilo Paltus, located Polyarniy [Service September 30, 1984, in reserve 2nd category since 2009]
B-402 Vologda, Project 877 Kilo Paltus, located Polyarniy [Service December 30, 1984, in reserve 2nd category since 2012]
B-380 Svyatoy Knyaz Georgiy, project Som 641B / Tango, located in Sebastopol [commissioned on 30 December 1982 a priori has not sailed since 1991, the PD-16 dock since at least 1992]
- Group 4:
B-439 Project 877 Kilo Paltus located in Komsomolsk Na Amure [in service on 30 December 1986, awaiting dismantling since 2005]

949AM The projects will be equipped with hypersonic missiles Tsirkon. Four to six submarines 949A Antey / Oscar II project and should be modernized. They should take 72 missiles of various types, instead of the 24 missiles Granit 3M45. The first, the K-132 Irkutsk, should return to service in 2017 Source:
Comment: This allocation in Tsirkon missiles should not be effective until 2020, announced date of commissioning of the missile
