Black Shark, the US is not and has not been totalitarian. The Soviet Union was.
That's just historical fact.
Communism failed in the USSR and they went bankrupt. The reasons are legion, but this forum is not about ANY of that.
This forum is about Defense Technologies and News. Military/defense systems, their capabilities, use, etc....particularly Sino Defense, but the forum has been opened to include world wide defense consideration within the guidelines and realm I just mentioned.
