Gorgeous. A reminder that the russians still got what it takes to stay in the ring with the best, mulling over this at the moment USAF at least is outranged, it's not clear if even AIM-260 will get close to R-37M rangewise, let alone R-97 from Su-57.

I'm guessing the Viktor Velikiy is going to be shipped through the Baltic-Volga waterway then through the Volga-Don canal to the Black Sea?.
Though I thought the RuNavy hated the project 22160 ships and weren't going to build any more of them

I've heard of problems of the AK-12 rifles, including zeroing issues and whatnot. How are they now? Have such issues been fixed? What still remains?

The problems are not insurmountable anyway but in real combat people just stick to old rifles as always. There isn't any huge improvement so it isn't worth the time switching.
Yeah the AK-12 is no huge improvement.
If we are talking about small arms the RPL-20 looks more interesting even if it is kind of fiddly.
The availability of modern sniper rifles and pistols to the ground forces and national guard also seems to be improving.

A lot of firepower in a compact package. Good for clearing trenches and cities IMHO.
