The SR-3 Vikhr is good for close quarters combat against armored targets. But the thing is you need a different ammo caliber than what everyone else is using.
That's true, but I am talking about specifically in the counter-terror, law enforcement role. For regular army units the AK-74U wins by default on the virtue of using 5.45.

Hell yeah.. see if they change anything in their promotional brochure.

I think the may have got update with increased stealth. but these difference will not be apparent for export variants.

Video and close up of the 64L6T radar

This looks like been shot in Crimea, particularly in the S-400 site near Kerch. The giveaway is the presence of that Kasta 2 radar tower in the background

Kasya2Eradar.jpg

Not conclusive tho as the treeline and the berm doesnt match. unfortunately google Earth image of that area is not really up to date one.

Could be another place with a similar radar station?.

Also, I see this has a few more extra antennas compared to the base 64L6 radar.

In Russia, tests of the Goliath optical-electronic reconnaissance drone have been completed. The Goliath UAV is designed to conduct aerial reconnaissance in real time, capture and track a target on command from the operator, and destroy unarmored vehicles and personnel. The drone can be adopted by tactical units and Russian security forces. The drone is controlled from a remote control developed by engineers at the Kalashnikov Concern. The drone receives and transmits data in real time, which allows it to quickly respond to changes in the situation on the battlefield. The drone has an automatic return to base function if communication is lost and is capable of operating in poor weather conditions. The Goliath drone will be equipped with a multispectral optical-electronic module operating in the IR range. The drones are supplied in transport cases of various configurations: for six or for one drone. Both types of cases are equipped with a built-in charging system. There is no technical information on the drone.

This is a Civilian helicopter unlikely to have military applications recently in Kazan they open the largest helicopter development center and that Mi-38 can have military application and further development. They also looked at Tu-160M when they visit Tu-214M. Kazan is truly becoming the center of Russian aviation but it remain to be seen it can handle so many projects.

The poster is complaining about the tech's uniform hung on the seat. Why is that a bad thing?

Boeing was forced to ground its 767-based KC-46 tankers for the past week after the Air Force expressed concern about loose tools and bits of debris found in various locations inside the completed airplanes, according to internal company memos.
….
During the process of building aircraft, all airframes are supposed to be routinely swept for any kind of foreign object debris — especially anything metal. A loose object left, say, inside a wall cavity or under a floor, is potentially dangerous because over time it could damage equipment or cause an electrical short.
