makes both india and china co-sufferers of jelous attitude of moscow. But then again, whit india, Russian concerns are higly arguble and understandable as India is gradually beeing 'lost' to US eager to have strong allyes in the region to confront China's growing influence...
wonder if its practical or even possiple to install BhraMoss to Scorpene class. Remember, that 70cm Bhramos isent going to be sublaunchd from 53cm TTs but from seperate VSL canister and i dont believe that the scorpene desing allows it to be installed in the timetable that New Delhi has setlet
It only goes to prove what China has learned for so long: joint projects always get you screwed if you're the lesser partner in the project. Even if you can buy everything freely from the world market, unless you've demanded full access at the contract, you always getting grabbed by the balls and have to do what the other guys demanded.
Russians knows India can't do it themselves because India, unlike China, doesn't have the industrial power-base, nor the guts to play shady to get what they wanted.
