Manturov want to model cooperation of C929 same way as AHL (Medium Heavy chopper). Chinese responsible for final assembly but Russia can provide any components they need like Engine.
Russia has Mi-38 and newer Mi-26 Programme. so it can only offer components to AHL like transmission.

In a meeting with Chinese university students, Putin stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the field of science and education
Putin stated that currently, about 50,000 Chinese citizens are receiving higher education in Russia, while about 16,000 Russian students are
studying in China

Vladimir Putin: Aviation engine manufacturing is developing well in Russia
The Russian leader noted that Russia is currently developing powerful engines for wide-body aircraft, and this could be the subject of cooperation with China.

The Russian Federation is ready to participate in the creation of a Chinese wide-body aircraft as an order executor - Manturov
"We have revised the format (of participation in the project - IF), the corresponding changes in interstate documents must be made in terms of changing approaches. That is, by analogy with a helicopter - the customer-executor. Those competencies that are necessary on the Russian side, we are ready to participate with these competencies in this project on the basis of an agreement between the performers,” Manturov told reporters in Beijing, where Russian-Chinese negotiations took place on Thursday.
When asked whether the Russian side will supply an engine for this aircraft, Manturov said: “There are various components, including the power plant, which is also being considered.”
Heavy helicopter
Work on the creation of a Russian-Chinese heavy civil helicopter, according to Manturov, also continues.
“The stage is advanced in terms of all schedules and stages. Everything is being followed, everything is going according to schedule,” he told reporters. “The contract was signed only a year and a half ago. Before that there were approaches, planning, sketches. The contract execution stage is now underway."
An intergovernmental agreement on the creation of a heavy helicopter was concluded in 2016, and a contract was signed in 2021. It was reported that the maximum take-off weight of the vehicle should be 38.2 tons, flight range - 630 km, speed - 300 km/h. Serial production of the helicopter, according to the agreements, will be organized in China; the Chinese partner was the company Avicopter.
Russia, as part of the project, will supply part of the necessary units, said the ex-general director of Russian Helicopters (now heads Yakovlev PJSC (MOEX: IRKT)) Andrei Boginsky at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin in 2021. “This will be the transmission, tail rotor and anti-icing system, plus pumping up the resource for this helicopter,” he listed, adding that the project is “quite large, about 13 years.”
Ruselectronics presented network equipment for supercomputers in China for the first time
It seem there is Chinese-Russian laboratory founded by Russian academy of Sciences regarding measuring Economic Strength in event of trade blockade using Supercomputer.
Scientists have used a supercomputer to estimate the losses of large economies in the event of a trade blockade
Russia has become one of the most stable countries, Germany has turned out to be one of the most vulnerable
The USA, China and Russia will suffer the least losses among major economies when faced with a complete foreign economic blockade due to their high national strength index (available natural resources, as well as human, economic, scientific and military potential). This conclusion was reached by scientists from the Chinese-Russian Laboratory for Assessing the Consequences of Intercountry Trade Wars (Vedomosti has the results). The Institute brings together scientists and business representatives; on the Russian side, its founder is the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The laboratory conducted a stress test of the resilience of the economic systems of 19 countries to large-scale sanctions using mathematical modeling. Calculations were carried out at the beginning of 2024 on the basis of the National Supercomputer Center of the People's Republic of China using a software package built on the basis of an agent-based approach and reproducing the global economic system of various countries. Experts estimated direct GDP losses in one year from the complete cessation of trade with the sanctioned country by other states without the possibility of parallel supplies. The decline in GDP was assessed in relation to the business-as-usual scenario, in which regulatory restrictions (sanctions, duties) do not change. The US economy will shrink in this case by 2.3 percentage points (pp) from the inertial trajectory, China – by 3.1 pp, Russia – by 3.5 pp, it follows from the calculations.
