This another Rosatom EV project that was shown recently. some advanced composite materials are used that reduced weight of 42kwh battery vehicle to 1000kg with 337km range on Russian cycle. Auto designed for Russian market has high ground clearance and SUV like profile and tested to extreme weather and rough surface with special tires. so the range achieved in Russia is not same.
84kwh battery 670km range. this will be breakthrough if the they can bring weight of EV to ICE vehicles with same price. pointed weight of EVs are destroying infrastructure (60% greater weight) and i think one of New York city multi story parking collapsed.
This small site final assembly. this is that automation that few thousand vehicles can still make the plant competitive and distribute manufacturing. Its more efficient to transport batteries than whole vehicle on truck carrier.

Project Description​

Design projects for an electric last-mile delivery van and an urban crossover based on a universal composite electric vehicle platform developed by the Composite Division of Rosatom State Corporation.

Technological innovation​

The project is based on a unique universal composite electric vehicle platform developed by the Composite Division of Rosatom State Corporation. The main load-bearing element of the platform is a composite backbone profile produced using pultrusion technology, which also serves as the traction battery housing. The length of the backbone profile regulates the wheelbase of the vehicle. The chassis consists of front and rear modules consisting of identical elements: a unified subframe (front/rear); a unified steering knuckle (for each of the 4 wheels); a unified suspension arm (for each of the 4 wheels); The body is a polymer structural sandwich, providing strength at low weight, as well as heat and noise insulation. It does not require painting, as it is painted in bulk. It is produced in a single technological cycle using rotational molding. Thanks to unification, it is possible to implement a front-engine, rear-engine, or dual-engine configuration. A serial hybrid configuration is also possible. Original design solutions are designed to significantly reduce development and production costs, eliminating the need for welding, stamping, or painting, and significantly reducing the number of components due to standardization. The use of composites, polymers, and a backbone load-bearing system, as well as a reduced number of components, significantly reduces the overall weight of the structure, resulting in competitive performance with a smaller battery. Reducing the battery size significantly reduces the vehicle's price, as the battery accounts for up to 60% of the cost. The technology does not require extensive production infrastructure, allowing it to be manufactured at small sites. The target localization level is over 90%. Up to 60% of the components are sourced from Rosatom State Corporation enterprises, including the battery, composites, control electronics, and others.

The project's technology and products have enormous potential for expansion into foreign markets, as they possess unique competitive advantages, such as a price comparable to internal combustion engine-powered vehicles with all the advantages of an electric vehicle, a wide range of products thanks to a comprehensive model lineup, and a unique, futuristic design.

A trading house between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan was opened in the Tyumen region.​

The Tyumen Region has become an official participant in the Airitom Free Economic Zone, located at the junction of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. The regional office has opened a trading house there. This was announced by Vladimir Dolgushin, Vice President of the Tyumen Region's Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Dolgushin, this event opens up numerous opportunities for Russian companies: the ability to export goods from any region of Russia to Afghanistan, the creation of transparent financial relations with Afghan partners, and effective multimodal logistics, including road, rail, and river transport along the Amu Darya River.

Delegations from Uzbekistan continue to become familiar with the industrial and economic potential of the Gomel region.​

Sergei Yarets, Chairman of the Zhlobin district, explained that the high-tech complex was built in response to the President of Belarus's instructions to extensively upgrade dairy herds to modern conditions and is designed to accommodate 750–760 head of dairy cattle. The site includes two cowsheds, a milking and dairy unit, a shed for keeping calves, feed storage facilities, and a utility block.

The guests were particularly interested in the technological principle implemented here—a closed-loop production cycle with the maximum elimination of human error. All processes (animal care and monitoring) are managed by specialized software.

The delegation visited the agrotown of Bobovka, where large-scale construction of another next-generation dairy farm is underway.

In Zhlobin, the guests also visited a garment factory and a local meat processing plant.
