There's no need to trouble the admins and mods here.

A browser extension like or should be able to automatically "normalize" all forum posts containing bold and/or italicized text for you.

I don't see any issue here.

I think excessive bolding or italicization or underlining could certainly be problematic and unnecessary, and if there are issues with readability and etiquette they can be considered on a case by case basis.

Feel free to make a report or message a moderator if there are instances where it is excessive.
Note, it doesn't mean it will be guaranteed or reviewed to be moderated.
