Some bolded text seems to embolden certain members of their narratives, and also as to "officiate"themselves.

There was once a ban on using red text for similar reasons.

I hope this is considered thoughtfully.

E* I didn't think it needed mentioning, but many AI-gen responses tend to speak like this - (or use parentheses as an excuse for making a point)

If used in an argument, I agree, if used to highlight certain facts and capabilities of systems, then no.

To bold a body of text is to give it distinction, or to draw attention from the reader towards it, as opposed to otherwise less relevant portions of the text.

May I highlight to you how distracting this may be?
