Daily reminder to sleep at least 6 hours a day, and sleep at night, and exercise regurlarly.
My sleeping schedule became shit with the current exam phase = bad grades because underslept, no sports because to tired, bad habit.
Plus long term such thing lead to dementia and amnesia
Yes, that exam stage is really annoying and really nothing can be done about it. But I think in the long run it helps to get a
wrist-band, if one wants to get a
healthier lifestyle. I got myself a

Huawei Health App, my life style is much better now.
It reminds me to get up and sleep early, drink plenty of water, measure weight, smile everyday, do breathing exercise, do physical exercises 5 days a week 30 mins each, walk a few thousand steps every day, and of course the daily mindfulness/spiritual stuff that I never bother to do. I also measure my calories on the app. Of course the app is way more encompassing.
Without a reminder, time just seems to fly by and before you realize it, you've sat through the whole morning/afternoon. But with the app and wristband, I am way more conscious about being healthy and active. Just get any wristband and its corresponding health app, Xiaomi/Huawei......, it doesn't matter. The price is no more than 400 RMB, and it's
totally worth it for one's health.
