My political view is most aligned with Cruz's. Plus, he's from Texas and his mom is a alumna of Rice Univ (go Owls!). so my vote will go to him.
Especially that his parents' background in math and engineering might give him a new perspective on science and a better understanding for the need to invest in scientific research. Other candidates simply look at scientists as a bunch of nerds whom they used to bully in school...

yes, I am heartbroken, a real constitutional scholar as opposed to BHO, who seems to loathe the constitution?? but this is a Republic, and people are passionate about electing a president, and that is a good thing, people are starting to realize it really does matter who you elect.
On a more pleasant note, I actually grilled my first Salmon Steak on the grill tonight, and the Honey Badger really liked it, and surprisingly so did I. Drizzled in Olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper, baked potato? Honey Badger stated that it had a substantive texture. I left the skin on and it was a little blackened, but the flesh was beautiful and pink just like a magazine meal! Yummy, wish you guys were here, specially my old buddy who moved back to China, I would love to get him back up to fighting weight!
Politics aside, I think it is great how Cuban American relations are improving. Looking forward to future vacations in Cuba.
Well, I fold Raul will just open up a little I am sure you will be able to do so.
But the days leading up to Obama's visit were not hopeful in that regard. He had 1,400 people rounded up and jaimned as dissidents. A bunch of them were women who were staging a "sit in" protest.
Time will tell.
