Unless the CCTV announcer don't know what he is talking about, I thought he says DF-21D and DF-26 both are capable of anti medium to large surface vessels with "precision strike".
Too bad I can't rewind and listen the broadcast again. I also want to to make sure he did mention the range or my own mind adding up information here. I was a little too excited as soon as I saw DF-21D... and then DF-26 markings on the missiles. Anyone else also watched the chinese version of CCTV here and remember what the announcer said?

I watched the English version, and thought the announcer was only referring to the DF-21, but I could have misheard. That's still a major capability assuming it's not a bluff.

I was watching the Chinese version because the English version don't give out as much details of the equipments. I kind of switch over half way when the English announcers didn't mention anything about the YJ ASM series.

They are running rerun on youtube. The Chinese announcer didn't say anything about range, but definitely said both DF21D and DF26 can hit ships. Deterrence is the big theme of this parade.

yeah, I noticed that too. The announcer stated specifically that the missile was anti-ship, specifically anti-large ship weapon. I'm really surprised, because for a long time I thought the claim of DF-21D being an anti ship missile was just fanboys' wet dream. But now hearing it officially from CCTV, that completely legitimizes it.
Also to add to this. The annoucers named CJ-10A as the typical CJ-10, while the marking on the missiles are actually DF-10A. WTF???? when did cruise missiles and ballistic missile names become interchangeable????
