Very nice looking vessels and the side by side punctuates the fact that their basic layout and function are completely similar.

We probably will some day.

If the Chinese continue to attend RIMPAC, I expect one day we will see a Type 071 here and then we will see them together.

Also, with the PLAN sending them regularly to the anti-pirating missions, I would not be surprised to find that a San Antonio and one of the Type 071s have already been in the same general vicinity.
