I am not sure, but it looks like they may be testing some kind of NBC (Nuclear/Biological/Chemical) decomntamination system. It could well be that they are just washing her, but from the way it is being sprayed down, I would guess it could also be a NBC decom system.

well, the last one was just speculated to be the "export version" of the 052C radar, whatever that means. Not much you can read into it.
