hehehe...sorry, but the Chinese are building that super carrier only in someone's mind from that photo. That is a US Nimitz class carrier under construction a few years ago, the USS Ronald Reagan I believe. It has appeared many times here on SD. Someone simply superimposed the Chinese characters on the crane.
