PLAN Anti-ship/surface missiles

I don't really think so. PLA uses the YJ-18 as their primary anti-ship missile and it also has land attack capabilities but if you compare it to the Tomahawk, Kalibr or MDCN, its range is relatively short.I just wanna know if CJ10 is actually used by China rn.I know that in the near future the PLA will develop multiple hypersonic missiles for both anti-ship and land attack missions. However, it will take some time before they can put all of the systems into their service.

You can believe whatever you want to believe and I have no problems with that, and if it makes you happy, so be it ;)

There's a subsonic land attack variant of YJ-18 called YJ-18B and the new YJ-18C with much greater range than supersonic sprint anti-ship variant.

There is a subsonic and a supersonic version of the YJ-18.

Uh, did you watch the parade from just a month ago lol? The hypersonic ship-launched munitions for both anti-ship and land attack missions already exist and are in-service as displayed at the parade (YJ-17, YJ-20, YJ-HCM). I even listed some of them. CJ-10 is not compatible with their UVLS cells. The only reason the 052D/055s Wikipedia page and other uninformed sources state that is likely because that was the known subsonic LACM that existed within PLA service at the time and is analogous to a Tomahawk. The subsonic LACM that they use is a YJ-18 variant.

It's said that the LACM variant of the YJ-18 should be similar in design to the Russian 3M-54 LACM with a rounded end, similar to a Tomahawk or MDCN, but I'm not sure exactly if that is true as that has never been seen, and instead maybe the LACM variant has the same design as the current YJ-18 AShM. It's not as if YJ-18 images/footage of launches are rare, so I don't see the reason as to why they would still be keeping a subsonic LACM under such high OPSEC for years when we've seen YJ-18 AShM launches and basically three other new hypersonic munitions recently. The range you're referencing is for the anti-ship version.

Surely the PLAN LACM is the YJ-18C we saw at the 9/3 parade? Probably some of the hypersonics we saw then could also be used for land attack.

You should carefully read my previous post as I mentioned it will take several years before they can put all the newly unveiled into their service. So why did you even mention this? We are talking about current capability...

And also I think we should leave this topic now

All the hardware in the parade are items that have been in service for a few years now. The parade is about showing current capabilities. I’m not sure where you got the impression that this was all stuff that hadn’t been deployed in the field yet.
