It just a SRB, probably a 1500kg like 2 stages or 1.5 stages ballistic missile.
Does anyone have the original video for verification purposes? It apparently shows the fuselage of a downed air-to-surface missile designated as AKF-22.
Isn’t it friggin dangerous to be loitering around a known weapons testing site?
Lop Nur is basically no man's land, so I guess these trekkers are just really lucky to happen upon a spent missile stage for a never-known new missile.

Could it be this is what @huitong refers to as the YJ-21 aka a "downsized version" of the KD-21 (aka 2PZD-21)?

It's difficult to judge, but I see no control surfaces. It's possible the missile in the video is a multi-stage design. Do we know if YJ-21 is a multi-stage missile?

I think missing fins can be explained by missing parts on the rear end (some sort of cover around the engine) on which the fins are attached and otherwise I think we know barely anything or almost nothing!
