The PLA seems to be more intent on the same goal as the new US ARMY camoflage program a family of patterns each with a degree of compatibility in terms of manufacture as well as stealth . So jungle with desert or urban with snow or transitional with jungle well still being effective perhaps even more effective then just one pattern alone .
