How is the eye relief on the optic? Is it similar to that of the ACOG? And do you plan to do a torture testA low-light performance check of the QMK-171. Notice the nice and even tritium illumination of the chevron reticle.
These were taken with a Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra. It's a very decent phone camera, but it's still a phone camera. Photos were taken freehand as my photography equipment hasn't arrived yet.
The QMK and ACOG have very similar low-light performance. The ACOG looks like it might have slightly better light transmission, or it could be the orange hue of the QMK's image making it appear darker. Very interesting results for a $400~ optic.
The QMK has the better eye relief but it's also a lower magnification so that comes with the territory. I'd say about 0.75" to 1" more eye relief than the TA31.How is the eye relief on the optic? Is it similar to that of the ACOG? And do you plan to do a torture test![]()

I'll be doing an optical quality review on my YouTube channel once my better camera equipment arrives. I wouldn't mind sending the optic to somebody that does durability testing, but some of these guys have unrealistic expectations. Even the ACOG can break. xD
Likewise. I'll share as much information as possible.I hope you can share the link here when the time comes
Does anyone recognize the scope on the QBU-88?
