Self-explanatory.
The labels on the packing boxes indicate that these mortar shells use the newer , which are significantly more powerful than traditional TNT.
I had a feeling it was, although this isn't the first time something has been reposted all of usually do this plenty of times.

This paper sorta says that RL-F is easier to work with roughly equivalent performance to A-IX-2 (I would appreciate an interpretation from someone who knows the language).
