Re: "Strike-2010" Joint China & Thailand anti-terrorism drill Photos!

Some information about "Strike - 2010"

I think it is significant that the exercise was held in the Zhuang autonomous region. The Zhuang ethnic group are related to the Thailandnese ethnically.

Just one question....Why are they on a podium? They looked like those action figure dolls

This was a presentation at the beginning of the exercise.

Re: Chinese military photos

On the afternoon of October 22, the Literary and Art Delegation of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) which is on a goodwill visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) put on a special performance to “mark the 60th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) into Korea to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea”. It gave a wonderful performance to more than 1,500 audiences including the officers and men of the Korean People’s Army, Pyongyang citizens and personnel from the China funded institutions in the DPRK. The picture shows the performers of the PLA Military Band is putting on performance in the East Pyongyang Theatre in Pyongyang, capital of the DPRK. (By Zhao Zhan)

I almost forgot that October 25 is the Korean War Memorial Day in China...So, any more photos on it's commemoration? It is sad that Chinese veterans of any conflicts are always badly neglected, even in China.
