IIRC, those academies are not OCS but vocation specialist schools, those are the academics that take in foreign students.

A handheld anti-drone device. This is the smallest one I've seen yet, likely intended to be carried by individual soldiers and for interfering with small UAVs at short ranges.

NORINCO is hawking tactical ballistic missiles at IDEX21. Very useful for various Middle Eastern customers. The smaller missile is King Dragon 300 and has a diameter of 610mm. I believe the bigger one is Fire Dragon 480, which has a diameter of 750mm.
