The original 100mm naval gun from a decade ago was designated H/PJ-87. So I guess this one is H/PJ-87B?

Doesn't its launch posture suggest that the missile was launched from a submarine VLS instead of a torpedo tube?
Also, the characters that appeared in this film are 廖宁 (Liao Ning), 单东(Shan Dong), 付建(Fu Jian), then lastly 何剑(He Jian). "He Jian" reads the same as 核舰 (He Jian), or "nuclear ship". Also the character He Jian in the film is 19 years old. When someone pointed this out in the comments section on Bilibili, CCTV's official account replied "you caught the key point".

See, I would think they need to actually send a flotilla to the other side of Strait of Malacca as a show of force to discourage Chinese oil tanker interceptions.

The dredging work began last year, and the number of dredgers working in the area has increased since then.
@foolsball has suggested/suspected that this could be an expansion work on the submarine base in Qingdao, given that the current submarine base there has almost reached full capacity.
