Nah..man, are you this gullible to still maintain the very idiotic idea that Chinese military equipment of today are subpar in terms of quality based on 1 stupid video? Don't you people ever use common sense at all? For example: the level of manufacturing sophistication thar China and its workforce have accrued these many decades have vastly improved to the point that it's strategic industries have lowered the overall costs of things like Solar panels, ev batteries, drones etc. and the lower in costs are not based on SLAVE LABOUR or Low wages. If that were the case, INDIAN products would be most competitive than China's.
Now, transfer that sophistication and engineering know-how to China's defense industry/military ensuring a much more rigid and qualitative transfer of experience and expertise. Hence the fusion of civilian to military synergy which is also what causes aneurysm to America and its vassals and vassal minded like yourself.
Have you ever wondered, why you and your ilk never ever even asked or show some fake concern trolling when it comes to the DPRK equipment? You and your acolytes fear the country, yet somehow doesn't fear the country that actually responsible for it remaining SOVEREIGN AND FREE, not to mention leading in many engineering areas of aerospace, quantum, supercomputers, A.I. drones, cyber etc.
So you admit you don't know/aren't aware of any similar issues occurring but immediately assume it's a systemic issue affecting all Chinese tanks? Is your local circus missing a clown?

Well, 将军 is translated as general, and the PLA has ranks like 少将，中将，上将 which one can translate to lower, middle and upper generals.
For PLAN, they use the above as well, but has 海军 in front (basically navy in front).
