A device for quickly deploying concertina wires. When not in use, the wires are compressed and stored in the container. I've never seen something like this before.

For the first layer on the ground I can imagine it's easy enough to deploy, but if you are (and you should) do a double stacked setup, I can imagine this being painfully heavy to lift up above your head unless they have some sort of device to hold it up.
