Aljazeera's article on PLA. Not much new tbh, I am quite amazed at how mass media like Aljazeera still used excuses such as "corruption, favouritism, opaque command structure or lack of combat experience" to justify that PLA's developments are only material-wise. (I especially like how these mass media never even bothered to have someone knew Mandarin to read the dozens of military-reform documents and files published by the PLA)
It's quite normal that they don't know anything. I mean just look at how fast we are growing. By the time they do wise up, we would've already surpassed our old self by many times.
