WOW, this range has exceeded the 125km of HHQ-9. It seems that the HQ-16FE is the same as HQ-9BE,HQ-16F uses new fuel.

Wrong. 125km range is for HHQ-9E. Export variant. Also happens to be similar range to FD-2000 or HQ-9 from the early 2000s. At most like HQ-9A if public figures are to be believed (real life range would be higher than publicly disclosed range by same measuring methods).

PLAN's own HHQ-9 would be similar in range to PLA's HQ-9B. It has been well over 10 years since HQ-9B. PLAN's HHQ-9 would be in similar in manufacturing source to PLA's HQ-9 manufacturing.

Even new HQ-16 are over 125km range. HQ-16 has less internal volume, less fuel, smaller and less powerful rocket. Similar warhead payload.

No, PLAN's SAM is one generation behind the SAM of PLA and PLAAF.
