Looks like PLA has got itself a new multi-barrel AA gun mounted on an 8x8 chassis. It's very similar to a concept shown at Zhuhai.

I could be wrong but it may be the CS/SA5.

That's the gun. Basically the same gun system mounted on a different chassis (see images below).
