This recent article by a renowned Chinese analyst, a regular contributor to wellknown magazines, may be of interest.
This is part one focusing on battle order, organization and command and control of India/Pakistan airforces. Part two may come out in a few days on the fighter jets themselves and the May 7 battle.

Apologies, brain fart. I mean to say theres a list of Chinese aviation enterprises attending and it's going to get awkward if Ba Yi have a performance. Not saying they will perform there.

I'm pretty sure this is "only" the J-10C's HMD, unless it is just a representative image.
This is the HMD used by the PAF's J10CE.
PLAAF uses another type of HMD helmet for J-10C/J-16.
I'm not quite confident J-10C and J-16 have the same HMD (we have clear pictures of J-16's helmet, but not J-10C's helmet). OTOH, it would not be abnormal for J-10C and J-10CE to have the same HMD.
Though it is possible that the PLA's J-10C and the PAF's J-10CE/CP have different HMDs if the PAF was willing to buy something different.
Regardless, my point is that the HMD depicted in the weibo post is certainly not new, and is at least a few years old.
