Guys, should China wait for the results of the identification of those downed jets in Kashmir first before confirming the sales of J35A to pakistan? Cus if the J35A were to shot down in indian territory, the outcome would be disastrous due to the stealth tech and ram coatings technologies etc. be in indian hands. That would be the last thing anybody wants. Just out of precautions imo due to the tech involved.

For now it seems that Pakistan didn't cross in India with their fighter jets for now. Implementation of a new type take time and I cannot see that skirmish to give enough time for Pakistan to get them anyway. At this rate they don't even need them to counter India.
J35a is still quite elusive in the news and pics. I don't seem there's a lot of them. I cannot see exports before we see them fulfilling units needs in China or stipulated as an export model only like jf-17.

I’m for delaying delivery to post 2030 now. Seems like it would shift the balance too far in the other direction and hit headed Pakistan government might try some stupid things if provided with an even sharper blade…

China should only sell J35 to Pakistant if Indian buys F-35 or other 5th gen jets.
It is important that there is a balance of power so that neither side will think of attacking and over-powering the othe side, especially when both sides have nuclear weapons.
If one side is using nuclear weopon because it is losing the war and may face existential problem, we may see unthinkable outcome which China and the World would not want.
