Rotary wings - Z19 in front (identified by tail shape), followed by Z10 (identified by tail shape) immediately behind, the 3rd group is too tiny to identify, probably Z20.

2 flights of fixed wing aircraft, both are H6(K/J/N?)

Optical illusion. Fixed wing aircrafts are flying at higher altitude. Watch the previous parades.
