I wonder if this was taken from the following video:
In fact, this was posted on the J-36 thread yesterday but was dismissed since it is nearly impossible to make out the aircraft.
Possibly a fake/PS or do you think this could legit?

Back then I'd rule that out as insignificant or fake (because that aircraft is somewhat impossible to identify)... but now, maybe not.
There's still a lot we don't know about this particular craft.
If you meant the contrails, that's most likely to be sunlight reflections.
This vaguely reminds me a Reddit post of what was claimed to be a new plane coming out of Shenyang:
I still think that Reddit post is of a faked image, but you'd have to admit that the resemblance is uncanny.
