The situation is a lot more hilarious than it actually is. The guy was flying legacy flanker when he did this in February 2022 LMFAO!

There's not a lot of detail in the article, but I recall in podcast didn't they mention this guy was the one who gave that F-35C pilot such a fright that she/he ended up crashing the plane onto USS Carl Vinson? I remember Yankee said not only did the crash happen because of PLAAF pressure but PLAAF have footage taken from above looking down as the crash happened and Yankee himself have seen the footage by invite.
