New airfield construction in Nagqu, Tibet. I see 18 or 19 hangars being erected.
Wow ... that's strange.
I cannot see this one at Nagqu. I know there is allegedly an old derelict airstrip at 31°34'8.88"N/91°49'45.33"E and the otherwise closest AB under construction is at Damxung.

A concept study for a hybrid transport plane in the same class as C-17. It features a tail-less blended wing body design. Two turbo-electric generators are installed, which drive a bank of propellers mounted toward the rear of the fuselage.
