I just realized that the writing is in Chinese traditional, which is mainly used in Taiwan. Does the poster's photo come from a Taiwanese source?

It seems as if a new H-6 bomber base was found: It seems to be called Guoshantou (郭山头) or Neixiang Ma'ao at Neixiang, Nanyang in Henan Province.
These images are dated 26 May 2020.
Otherwise the closest PLAAF base is Wudangshan.
