Looks like a nosecone/radome + IRST test? But for which platform?

Looks like.. J-50 nose cone since it looks quite large, it looks like theres a gap here between the module and the Y-9 airframe

One additional most interesting detail, there is something on top of the wing which looks like some sort of an IRST-dome!?
