Might this be available for export in the future?
Doesn't seem likely, mainly due to the fact not many countries need or can afford such an asset and would be better served with either the KJ-700 or KJ-600

Though both pride and ever more complex integration will get in the way.
On the other hand, shall those be resolved, future benefits for already frequent joint operations will be immense.
If you mean a brand-new, designed-from-scratch aircraft which is kitted for military applications (and little to nil consideration for civilian operations) - Apparently there has been rumors of such aircrafts (probably as a general-purpose platform for multitude of applications and likely in the Boeing 757-category in terms of size/weight) being in the works(?)
Since this was mentioned by both Adorable Dolphin and Oneninety sometime last month, so perhaps this information do have some amount of credibility-ish(?)
Kindly treat these information with a huge chunk of salt, though.
