KJ-200B with SAR side radar for scanning targets on the ground (don't know if it's real or PSed):
Ground scan with an AWACS? I doubt it.
They may be trying for side scan and communications.
When the US tried to do an AWACS/JStars all in one early in the E10 program, the AESA Radar interfered with the ground scan radar and the power supply wasn’t enough for both. That was Based off a 767 with twin GE C6 high bypass turbofan engines not a turboprop. Sure there are 4 engines on Y9 but I doubt that they match the Kw output of two of C6.
Two sets of large scale electrical devices broadcasting across the EM bands like that the heat load electrical draw and interference sounds like a good way to trash sensitive computers and components.
