21 AWACS is sufficient Fleet don't need monitoring up to Kazakhstan !Numbers are too few, compare to China's air space.
As the level of your network warfare system capabilities gets more sophisticated I'd venture that you're going to need more AWACS and other EW assets as a proportion of your fleet to manage all the proxy sensing, cuing, and targeting. Furthermore, factors like endurance and redundancy need to be factored in. The KJ-200 remains less capable with this weakness for radar have pointed Totoro but i have 240° ? 60° in less front and rear and the range is clearly less good than the 2 others and operates at a lower altitude than the KJ-2000.
