I was thinking it looks more like the TU-95 Bear strategic bomber.
In case anyone wants to know I get these photos from here;
This video of the Antares failure on the 28th was shot from the crowd of onlookers, 1.5 miles away. It is breathtaking and the concussion at that distance from the explosion when it crashed to earth was huge.

Does anyone know what is this strange PLA amphibious vehicle? It was in an incident a few days before the new year.
Looks like a fire and rescue vehicle to aid in disaster and flooding to me.
