Thank you. Flytogether. In the second photo a lot more is shown than just the 022. I can google for 628, I'm not competent to recognize the ship in the foreground and I wonder what is being done to her?

I think that's just test ship 891, being refitted. I assume that pic was taken a few months ago while the new, flat wider PAR was being fitted (the red edit square was to obviously cover sensitive going ons inside the structure).

Do you have any picture of the J-20 which you have taken yourself?

Yes !Chengdu is my hometown ,i often see the J-10 when i was young. And Last year i watch the J20 in Chengdu,it is as big as a truck whit big noise。Of course, I take some photos.

Great pics and thank you for sharing. Hope you don't mind a few questions.

1) What camera set up do you use? (This is more for us photography amateurs )

2) Is that 022 in an inland naval base? I noticed the camo storage tanks. Makes me wonder why they won't simply build them into the hill in the background for protection.

There are two ships in the foreground, but I don't think anything interesting is happening to the other one or at least we won't be able to tell.

The 022 was photographed at Lushun, quite precisely at 38 47 57 N 121 15 32 E. It is in for maintenance at Liaonan Navy Yard No. 4810, where it was in all likelihood also built.
