Can anyone find the complete video edition on BT ?? I have like 860 MB of PLA exercises and the full 1999 PLA national day parade.

The US military commanders at the site were greatly impressed by the PLA's electronic and airborne fighting abilities. One of the Air force commander said that he thinks the PLA Airborne fighting abilities has improved dramatically since the PEACE MISSION 2005

just wondering .. were there any type-98/99G mbts commited in either of the peace mission or the north sword excerises :confused:

i don't think there were any ZTZ-99 with in the both operations, as the unit with 99 weren't in the operations. and there is no such thing as 99G

yes, those are Z-9s.

that's very understandable. it's even confusing for chinese military fans.
there is ZTZ-98, very few, mostly those 98s that performed during the 99 parade. and the rest are 99s. the first 99s were not much different from 98 from the outside. later on while the front armour were added to the turrent, some of the chinese military fans started to call the new type 99G as the meaning 99 Gai in english as 99 upgraded. So many people those the new type is called 99G, while it's just ZTZ-99. now every single 99 produced is with this new armour.
