Which is why we must avoid war at all cost because it brings out the absolute worse in humanity. Russian troops purposely rigged live grenades on teddy bears and toys during the 80s in Afghanistan, Nazis murdered thousands of Jewish children during the Holocaust, JIA wholesale butchered women and children throughout Asia during WWII and if we're really gut honest some American GIs have done their fair share of unspeakable things to innocent Vietnamese women and children as well... and now we have these Islamic militants butchering women and children under the name of Allah etc like the Chechens in Beslan and this is just modern history. Go back a few hundred years and the atrocities commited by man on man make most stomouchs churcn!

I was reading a book not long ago about the wars between the different Aztec or the early Indian tribes back in the day of early Americas and it's basically barbaric. I can't even describe some of the horrendous acts the tribes do to each other including children w/o getting banned here!.. and the Spartans from ancient Greece really did throw their babies into the rocks below!

I guess what I'm trying to say is ALL humans are inherently evil and that the only cure is not self awareness or even any sort of magic nirvana moment but rather the concious belief of believing in a higher power that is all good and decent.
People have done incredibly evil things in the name of God but people have also done incredibly great things under the same same as well. The key is to make sure the latter group is always bigger than the former.

Only vile inhuman cowards kill children. As a father I am very saddened by the killing of these children. They had dreams, plans and hopes. I pray for the parents that have to bury their beloved.

Pakistan should now never appear weak or seemingly tolerant to the Taliban, as it did in the past. A firm hand must be taken against the perpetrators, and the Pakistan Army must effectively contain the Taliban for its dastardly attack against the innocent school kids. I fully agree that not all Muslims are bad or terrorists, as we observe that Pakistan, a Muslim Country is presently the victim of the Taliban which is an Extremist Islamic sect. Same too in Iraq & Syria where the ISIS is blatantly killing other Muslims. There are the good, bad & "ugly" in every nationality, race and religion. We should never judge unwisely.

I'm rather certain that Chief was just trying to point out the bad men, Asif is right that our terminology needs to be specific as the word "Islamist" applies to anyone who is a practicing Moslem? Extremist/Terrorist/Radical are all much more specific terms, I guess I would ask Asif what terminology we should use to describe the people who perpetrated this "barbaric" act against innocent children. I am very grateful to hear Asif point out to us all that these "wicked men" do not represent the Islamic world, he is a very courageous spokesman, and a credit to his people.

By the same token, we should all realize that whether Chinese, Pakistani, Russian, Indian, European, Asian, or Westerners, these horrific acts of violence, threaten all of our children. Asif is a Father, we as Fathers need to protect and defend "all" of our children, blessings to each of you brothers and to all of your children, boys and girls, they are each one a precious gift of God! May they each live a life of peace and Honor, showing love and respect to all our brethren.

I have understood one thing from the barbaric murders that took place in Pekhawarey. That the ones who carried out these attacks are not humans, they are demons. They have no soul and are impostors. Who carry out these barbaric, terrorist murders of innocent children. No Pakistani could kill his own, no Muslim could murder children, no human could be such a psychotic murderer.

Our childrens' death will be avenged. Every father or mother, buried their child, deserves their loss to be avenged. No parent should ever have to bury their child. No parent!

I am not a believer in original sin nor do I believe in the Judeo-Christian concept of god over other faiths' or philosophies' such as Buddhism, Taoism, or Chinese folk religion but I do believe in practicing goodness and virtue as these other faiths and philosophies advocate and from that perspective I wholeheartedly agree with what you are saying in spirit.

Oh PLEASE. Many many atrocities committed throughout history and still happening today are committed in the name of religion. I would say religion is THE source of evil. I bet you don't have children. To say a tiny baby is inherent evil is ludicrous. By your logic, it would be easier to rid evil from the world by wiping out humanity
