Impossible! Many source confirmed that they lost two pilots. FC-1 is single seater, and anyway FC-1 is not operational in China. So it couldn't be FC-1. Sources also confirmed that it was a fighter bomber, the only aircraft that can be called fighter bomber in China is JH-7, that's why the JH-7 is assumed here. Actually, no report so far has confirmed the type of the aircraft.

chinese side only J-8 II and JH-7 attend, no other kind of fighters attend, JH-7 export type name call : FBC-1, so maybe the foreigners mixed up FBC-1 to FC-1.
according to many sources from chinese internet, the fighter for low altitude flight in 200m from the ground and crashed, some source said the fighter will launch rocket. authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.

I watched a CCTV4 report on the Peace Mission 2009 last night; quite impressive, but there was one scene which last about 3 second when a surface-to-air strike a target drone. However, the missile missed it. Any one spotted that scene?

in my view，Peace Mission 2009 is not an real military event that PLA is aim for but is a political banquet.

There are Islamic insurgent groups operating from the Chinese province of Xinjaing all the way to the Caucasus whose stated aim is to create an Islamic Emirate in Central Asia (and there are signs of the groups starting to increase cooperation)......Peace Mission 2009 was (among other things) about a joint response to such a development
