Not necessarily, videos from Iran show Phantoms and possibly Mig29 aircraft airborne the moment they landed/were over Tehran. I have not seen any videos or photos that conclusively show PAF aircraft operating over Iran. It's pertinent to note that due to current hostilities with Afghanistan, they may have decided to escort through their airspace, whether they went beyond that is yet to be seen.

Saudi twitter were posting videos sometime ago showing various planes making landings.
Looks like Pakistan Navy submarines are about to enter service.

Presumably he is basing this on US intel and not just taking Pakistan's word for it? Although IIRC PAF only claims 7 kills? 4 Rafale, 1 each M2K, MiG29, Su-30MKI (plus a Heron SAM kill). If so, what are the additional 4 kills?

PAF has strict criteria on claiming kills unlike India. Due to fog of war, its possible that the known information could not fulfill the required criteria and hence no further claims. US may have more intel than PAF on this.
