Umm no it has nothing to do with YJ-62. Fatah-4 is just a rebranded Babur/Harbah for conventional Land attack use. The turbojet used is likely of Chinese origin though.

Bro was on a trip to Pakistan and flew back home on May 7th. He is now livid after learning that Jai Hindian traffic control purposefully directed his plane through active war zone as cover for Operation Sindhoor. Unfortunately for the Jai Hinds, AESA on J-10C has little trouble picking out Rafale signals from airliners they tried hiding behind.

Man they really need to sort their names,
There is the original Babur missiles that they reversed engineered from the american tomahawk that fell in pakistan (never exploded ) and they scooped it up,
And then there are the 'new baburs' which are more chinese in origin, I am going off this


That the later Baburs/Harbah(harbah is de-nuclear capable sea launched anti-ship) are more these Cm-602 or somethings but rebraned/given.
