Quite a punch for its size. But no helo and the sensors will be much weaker than the 054 IMHO.

022 is purebred missile boat bore homage to the old Soviet missile boat warfare doctrine, which'd need a large numbers of them to make it work, not to mention of its single purpose nature make it not economical for the likes of Pakistani Navy, something like corvette or OPV are better investment for mission flexibility.
Further about the new ship, armaments should be the 37/40mm gun at the "A" position, and AShM mounted at the aft position, no room for SAM or CIWS turret position so either the air defense has to be undertake by the forward gun (looks like unmanned automatic type slaved to FCS) or MANPAD by the crew.
In any case, the aft deck is too small for even a helipad (UAV may still possible, though).

Maybe 2 or 3 for now to get the current class of sailors get acquainted with the new ship, therefore they then be able to teach the other sailors in later years.

The Type 730 might be too big, but an AK630 or two would fit fine.
They would not leave the rear deck empty, my guess is that they will put two patrol boats on the aft open deck to facilitate boarding of smaller ships or scouting.
As for the 022, well the boats by themselves are rather useless. The tiny radars they do carry are nowhere near powerful enough for them to use their missiles. If Pakistan buys the Type 022, they would need to also purchase all the support and off-board targeting assets that allow those boats to function in their intended role.
I do not expect that to come cheap, and getting enough 022s to use them the way the boats were designed is not going to be cheap either.

Type 022 is not practical for PN but more small, fast, mobile missile patrol boats would be good which is what PN is looking to build up, equipped with anti-ship missiles can be a serious concern for opposing navys(like iran has done) , PN cant match ship for ship against India so alternative approach is neccasary plus lossing a large destroyer hits moral of the service man, like ARA General Belgrano
and lessons from 1971 show that we do need a airdefence coverage for our coast, land based Type 730 CIWS would not be a bad idea , Israel has done with with Phalanx in Northern Border
however I hope we hear some good news regarding SSK, and new modern frigates, they would add a termendous boost to the navy
