omg Goll, that goalie of yours, he's amazing, after all those shots, it's still 2-0. if it was CS, i'd think he was hacking. :nono:
now, Canada vs. Czech, gonna be interesting, let's hope Canada doesn't get its ass kicked again. but, before that, there's the women's hockey final and Sweden is going down.

I know, Before these games there was big fuzz over our goalie situation and bit worry wheter Niittymäki can play in such hars conditions...bit i must say he is truly amaizing...real Lion....

anybody see dat hit ruutu gave jagr???...shizaamm!!!!

From all our players, it wasen't any suprise that Jarkko Ruuttu can pull something like that, but thats the main reason why he is onboard, to hasszle the opponent and forcing them to take penalties. That Jaeger incidence was just unfortuned accident, not deliparet however....

Well a medal....but still not gold...damn those Austrian Dop...uhm..örhm...skijumpers. Those judges were extremely biased, they gave Morgi way too high points althoug he practically fall his jump... :nono:

Our gold hunt is going to get very difficoult. There are only three posspile event (in my obinion) were these can be, Curling, tomorrows Sprint in Nord. Comp. and womes sprint skiing. Althoug our hockeyteam has showed some spectacular moves, i still doupt wheter they gonna end up in the final, i mean Slovakia and Russia are frieghtingly good and Sweden is always a tough bite to us finns no matter how badly they have played...

Because I have chinese ancestry, i was born in Canada, and I live in the US, Im not sure who to root for.

No one can tell you what to do, or should do, it is really up to you to decide. I knew some chinese who are born in US but choose to root for china, and some chinese born in china but come here few years and decide to root for America. It really have to do with what you comfortable with. If you can't decide now, My suggestion will be root for all of them, and if they play each other. Just dont take side, and keep your month shut:D . Don't worry, when you get older you could solve your identity problem. For the time being, let have fun and be wise:) .:china:

Just encourage the athlete or athletes that you consider to be the best. You don't have to back just one country. During Athens 2004 I rooted for the Chinese female diver (forgotten her name) and I don't have a drop of Chinese blood in me!

To be honest, and this is just my view, if I never lived in my "country of ethnic origin" then I would give either my current home or birth-country preference, if there was competition. As I said it's up to you, but I personally would have primary allegiance to the place where I was born/raised.
